FAQ

  • Anyone who needs assistance with administrative, technical, or specialized tasks—ranging from solo entrepreneurs to corporate teams—can benefit from hiring a Virtual Assistant (VA) or Online Business Manager (OBM.) This flexibility allows businesses of all sizes to scale operations without the overhead costs associated with full-time employees.

While VA’s focus on executing tasks, OBM’s focus is more on managing and optimizing the entire business operation. Kendra will discuss which is the best fit for your needs on your Discovery Call.

  • Virtual Assistants tasks keep the daily operations of a business running smoothly. They focus on specific tasks and follow instructions the business owner gives to ensure the business stays organized and nothing falls through the cracks. Examples of tasks VA’s perform are managing emails, scheduling appointments, and handling customer service inquiries to name a few.

Online Business Managers take a broader scope of responsibilities to help manage the day to day operations of the business. Examples of tasks OBM’s perform are project management, strategy implementation, managing launches, and analyzing business metrics.

While VA’s focus on executing tasks, OBM’s focus is more on managing and optimizing the entire business operation. Kendra will discuss which is the best fit for your needs on your Discovery Call.
